Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Go4Veg. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Go4Veg website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

User Accounts

User Content

Content You Provide

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to Go4Veg, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not violate any law or infringe any rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. Your content must not contain hateful, threatening, or discriminatory material, spam, advertising, or promotional content (unless expressly authorized), false or misleading information, or viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without notice.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Services according to these Terms or as expressly authorized in writing by us.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Go4Veg. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Go4Veg shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GO4VEG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO4VEG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go4Veg, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including but not limited to your User Content and any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go4Veg operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid, legal, and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Go4Veg concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Services.
